The Swan Hill Region YPN is organised by a voluntary committee of young professionals with support from the partnering organisations.  The YPN is a joint initiative of the Swan Hill Rural City Council, Murray Mallee Local Learning and Employment Network, Swan Hill Incorporated and Central Murray Area Consultative Committee..  The Swan Hill Region YPN has received support through the State Government’s Provincial Leaders Development Program.
